Aside from development, Regent is also a leader in the hospitality industry. Regent affiliates own and operate the Sunset Whitney Golf and Country Club located in Rocklin, California, and owns and manages the Sheraton Stockton Hotel at Regent Pointe. The Sheraton Stockton Hotel is a 180 room, four-star hotel, with 42 condominium units and 10,000 square feet of conference space. It is the premier hotel and residential facility in downtown Stockton.
